Holiday.

The song's lyrics is meant to be set shortly after America's declaration of war against Afghanistan, as well as the French's condemnation of America's actions.

Hear the sound of the falling rain
Coming down like an Armageddon flame

The rain is meant as an apparent irony against "rain" being synonymous with "healing", but also refers to the layman phrase "rain of bullets". The irony is apparent when juxtaposed with the next line, "Armageddon flame", the "flame" being fire, and provides a certain degree of it being an oxymoron as water and fire are opposites.

The shame
The ones who died without a name

This refers to the soldiers who died in the war fighting with the "rebellion" troops. Again, this "shame" is contrasting to those who "died without a name", as that which does not have a name, and subsequently, no personality, cannot feel shame. This is an intended criticism of the American government in allowing thousands of nameless, faceless and above all, young, American soldiers to die in a meaningless fight against another country over which they didn't even have jurisdiction in the first place.

Hear the dogs howling out of key
To a hymn called "Faith and Misery" (Hey!)
And bleed, the company lost the war today

Start with the 2nd line. Hymns are means to induce pride, happiness and hope in the singer/chanter, and yet it is called "Faith and Misery"; more importantly, this is shown to be another criticism against the Bush administration for making the people have faith in them, in turn causing them misery by letting them watch their family members die. The word "howling" clearly shows this, as dogs normally howl only when they're agitated or in misery, be it from pain or otherwise. "Bleed" is self explanatory, and further proves the previous points. The "company" refers to the American Cabinet.

[lol, looks good so far but im too lazy to continue.]
